The best way to get good at massage is to practice AND to receive it. These classes are designed to give you new skills to practice on friends and family. We provide a clean and professional environment, with beds, towels, oil and a curtained off space for changing etc. (see photo) We then teach a series of massage techniques to practice each class. We make sure it's a safe and supportive class environment, where no funny business is tolerated.

 

Each person is paired up (if you come with a friend or partner, this will be your partner) and each person will be expected to give a massage and also receive one during the session. We keep an eye on everyone and demonstrate techniques and give tips as needed.
