Unstiffen your supple body

Unclutter your quiet mind

Unfreeze your radiant heart

SHIATSU

Shiatsu is based on balancing the meridian system or energetic pathways that flow through the body. “Pathways along which the mind learns to inhabit the body “ - Bill Palmer

In health, energy flows freely through our entire body,  giving us the experience of wellbeing and connection both internally and externally to ourselves.

Shiatsu is a unique bodywork, providing the nourishment of being met through touch, which is      sometimes  firm and deep, sometimes light and profound. … reflecting the natural principles of          Yin; earth and stillness and Yang; energy and movement.

Shiatsu is based on Traditional oriental medicine and is an elegant system in which body and mind are not separated. Emotions and feelings are housed in the body, while symptoms are  ingenious non verbal communications that something needs addressing with wisdom and kindness.

I am passionate about the process of embodiment and how we inhabit our bodies and experience the connection to our authentic selves...what it is to 'come home’ and to open ourselves to our essential nature and our interconnection with everything.
